EighthSenseLab provides an AI-powered marketing intelligence and AEO platform.

The Service may provide functionality including:

• AI visibility analysis
• Website and brand analysis
• AI search/LLM visibility monitoring
• Prompt and keyword analysis
• Competitor analysis
• Scan-based reports
• Recommendations and analytics

Features may change or evolve over time.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity performed through your account

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may provide website URLs and other information to create projects and perform scans.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and authorization to provide information submitted to the Service.

You must not use the Service to unlawfully access, collect, process, or distribute information.

The Service uses AI systems and external data sources.

AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or incorrect interpretations.

EighthSenseLab does not guarantee that scan results, AI responses, recommendations, rankings, visibility measurements, or other outputs will be accurate or produce a particular business or marketing result.

The Service is an analytical tool and should not be treated as a guarantee of search visibility, rankings, traffic, revenue, conversions, or other commercial outcomes.

Some functionality depends on third-party providers, APIs, AI models, data sources, hosting infrastructure, and payment providers.

These services may change, become temporarily unavailable, impose limits, or discontinue functionality outside our control.

We may modify the third-party services or AI models used to provide the Service.

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, included functionality, and usage limits are presented during purchase.

Payments are processed through Razorpay on behalf of the individual operator of the Service.

Your subscription becomes active after successful payment processing and verification by our system.

Subscription plans may include a specified number of scans during each applicable billing period.

Your account may display:

• Scans included
• Scans used
• Scans remaining
• Subscription status

Unused scan allowances may not carry over between billing periods unless explicitly stated.

If a subscription expires or payment is not successfully completed, access to paid functionality may be restricted.

Previously generated account information or results may remain available subject to the applicable account and data-retention rules.

A new scan may require an active subscription and available scan allowance.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer the Service
• Attempt to access source code or systems without authorization
• Circumvent authentication or usage limits
• Abuse APIs or infrastructure
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Introduce malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access to another user's account
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Use the Service in a way that violates third-party rights

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

The operator of EighthSenseLab and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, interfaces, designs, algorithms, documentation, branding, and underlying technology.

Your use of the Service does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.

You retain rights to information and materials that you provide to the Service.

You grant EighthSenseLab the limited rights necessary to process that information to provide the Service.

We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Service interruptions may result from:

• Maintenance
• Infrastructure failures
• Third-party services
• Internet/network failures
• Security incidents
• Events outside our reasonable control

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. It does not immediately end your current paid period.

After you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. When that period ends, the subscription does not renew and paid access may end.

Cancellation does not by itself create a prorated refund for unused time in the current billing period.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the applicable billing period begins, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is otherwise explicitly approved by us.

Cancelling a subscription so that it does not renew does not entitle you to a refund for the current paid billing period, unless required by applicable law or explicitly approved.

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay and may also be subject to Razorpay's applicable policies.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate an account if:

• You materially violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
• Payment obligations remain unpaid
• Your use creates a security or legal risk
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, access to the Service may be discontinued.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EighthSenseLab and its operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may modify, improve, add, or remove features from the Service.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice of material changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
